Every yogurt that has been used in these recipes were made through Yomee. What’s lovely with this is that you need not to worry about driving to the grocery and buying those for a price. No more hassle of parking and even falling in line for the cashier!

This caramelized onion dip gives a colorful and celebratory vibe that allows you to rejuvenate after that tiring day. Munching on your chips while dipping into this tasty treat allows you to enjoy your break, food and even the time you have spent eating and munching on your snacks! Plus, you will not have to feel bad about eating chips since your dip is one of the healthiest that there is out there!

 1 tbsp olive oil
 2 large yellow onions, very thinly sliced
 2 tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 2 cups plain greek yogurt
 4 oz low fat cream cheese, softened

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add the sliced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until onions are soft.

Reduce heat to medium low and sauté for 25 minutes minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are brown and caramelized.

Meanwhile, stir together the greek yogurt and the cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add the onions once cooked.

Serve immediately with vegetable chips.
