Yogurt and Fruits Parfaits

How does one create a perfect dessert?

It’s nearly inexistent up until you include your own homemade Yomee yogurt in it.

Everyone who could read this would wonder, how could you benefit from this? The rejuvenating taste of homemade yogurt would definitely make your mouths water. Fresh fruits will surely make a tasty and healthy dessert for your friends and family who could be staying in for the weekend!


Ingredients:

3 cups yogurt

1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries

1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries

1 cup good quality granola


Directions:

Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom each of 4 tall glasses. Combine defrosted strawberries and juice with fresh berries. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yogurt until glasses are filled to the top. Serve parfaits immediately to keep granola crunchy.
