With all the talk about spinach and detox from the other recipes, now’s the time that we share you this recipe that would allow you to enjoy creating and drinking detox smoothies from the comfort of your homes.
But do remember that the most important ingredient is the yogurt that you can make with Yomee. All from the comfort of your homes.
Disclaimer: For the demo smoothie you see in the photos and video, we used romaine lettuce instead of spinach. You may use either of the two.
½ cup mangoes
1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
½ cup romaine lettuce (or spinach)
¼ cup Greek yogurt
½ Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Combine all of the ingredients in the beaker.
- Blend until smooth.
