Most of us would get scared whenever they see green and detox together. While some do not eat their greens, some are taking other paths than most. Yet, some truly love how greens are and what they can do to our bodies.
We must always remember to take good care of our digestive tracks in order for us to function properly. Saying goodbye to those toxins and junk from our bodies, that we gather daily, will keep us healthy and strong all year long.
Yogurt used in this recipe was made through Yomee.
1 frozen sliced ripe banana, peeled & sliced
¼ cup almond milk (or your favorite milk such as skim, 1%, soy, cashew, coconut, etc)
1 ¼ cups chopped pineapple
½ cup yogurt
1 - 2 cups fresh spinach
Juice + zest of 1 lemon, optional
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
