Greek Chocolate Yogurt Dip

Do you love chocolates so much?

Sweets are one of the most enticing foods in the world. Chocolates are considered as brain food but when you pair it with yogurt, it offers more. Just after working out, eating it would allow you to regain the lost nutrients and have more protein in your bodies. Eventually, it would allow your muscles to build quickly.

Another benefit is that it is a great antioxidant. These help your bodies get rid of harmful toxins that could get in the way of you wanting to live a healthier lifestyle. Moreover, it reduces the risk of diabetes and improves your blood vessels and aid it to function well in fighting against cardiovascular diseases.

This recipe combines yogurt made with Yomee and chocolates. You may enjoy this with pita bread, graham crackers, fruits or just eat it as it is.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek Yogurt

4 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 Tbsp maple syrup

¼ tsp vanilla extract

3 Tbsp dark chocolate, cut into chunks

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together until there are no lumps from the cocoa powder and add more maple syrup if desired.
  • Top with dark chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy it with graham crackers, pita bread, fresh fruits or eat it as is.
  • Cover it first and then chill inside the fridge.
