Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Ice Pops

Ah, ice pops! The nostalgic feeling of running towards the ice cream man or truck whenever you hear its music play. Do you remember those times?

Fruits and yogurt can be a very good and healthy combination that may be enjoyed by kids, kids-at-heart and the adults. Every bite surely contains numerous vitamins and minerals that will be good for our bodies. Bananas are rich in potassium, while different berries have some antioxidant traits. All of those are good for our bodies.

On your attempt at making your own version of this recipe, don’t forget to use Yomee to create your own yogurt. Don’t forget to enjoy these fruit and yogurt ice pops!


1 cup fresh strawberries

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

1/8 cup white sugar

4 small paper cups

4 popsicle sticks


Place the mixed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar in a blender. Cover, and blend until fruit is chunky or smooth, as desired.

Fill paper cups 3/4 full of fruit mixture. Cover the top of each cup with a strip of aluminum foil. Poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil on each cup.

Place the cups in the freezer for at least 5 hours. To serve, remove foil and peel off the paper cup.
