Berry-licious Smoothie Bowl

From its nutritious content to how pungent its aroma, it has a lot to offer! When berries are added to yogurt, it creates a flavor that will surely leave you wanting for more.


Here, we’ll show you how you could transform a simple smoothie into a more crunchy and yummy smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen berries

1/2 medium banana, frozen

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup plain yogurt

Toppings of choice


Directions

Add the berries, banana, milk, and yogurt. Depending on the power of your appliance, you may need to stop it, stir the ingredients and then continue blending. If the consistency is too thin, blend in some ice cubes. Transfer to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy with a spoon!
