1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
2 teaspoons ginger, peeled and finely grated
2 cups romaine lettuce leaves, loosely packed (you can also use kale or spinach)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoon raw honey
