This particular smoothie is best for breakfast although it may be taken as lunch and dinner also. If you want a healthy snack, smoothies can do the job as well!
A smoothie that’s creamy and fruity will surely make you reminisce about those peanut butter jelly sandwiches that our parents used to make for us when we were growing up. Now, we could just take a sip of it!
Yogurt used in this recipe was made through Yomee.
¾ cup plain yogurt
1 soft Medjool date, pitted
2 Tbsp natural almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
5 ice cubes
Pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in the beaker.
- Blend until smooth.
